1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using xDorker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Permitted Use
xDorker is provided exclusively for:
- →Authorized penetration testing and security assessments
- →Bug bounty hunting on programs you are enrolled in
- →Security research and academic study
- →IT auditing of systems you own or are explicitly authorized to audit
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use xDorker to:
- ✕Access, scan, or enumerate systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
- ✕Collect personal data or sensitive information about individuals without consent
- ✕Conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- ✕Harass, stalk, or harm any individual or organization
- ✕Resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans grant access to higher usage quotas. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All sales are final; no refunds are provided except where required by applicable law. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply rate limits, or modify features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
xDorker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of xDorker, including unauthorized access, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from misuse of the tool.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
